Sony has introduced the Xperia Pro-I claiming the phone to be an "exciting addition to Sony’s camera line-up". The product video for Sony Xperia Pro-I seems to focus only on the camera capability, which the company says is suitable for photography, videography, and cinematography with accurate object tracking.

"The Xperia PRO-I features a genuine 1.0-type sensor, enabling you to capture photos and videos with exceptional imaging quality. The large sensor is supported by Sony's original image signal processor, giving the camera high-speed performance for unlimited creativity," quotes Sony in its product page. "The large 1.0-type Exmor RS CMOS image sensor offers high levels of image resolution and less noise. The result is superb imaging quality with realistic textures and remarkable detail," added Sony.
The 1-inch primary camera sensor that Sony is boasting about is the main attraction of the new phone's back panel. The primary camera is located behind a 24mm lens, which can shoot at f/2.0 and f/4.0. It also features a rolling shutter effect that can help users accurately take a snap of moving objects. Sony's new Xperia handset can shoot 4K at 120fps with HDR and utilizes object tracking. There is a vlogger mode as well with object tracking up to 120fps in 4K and auto eye-focus capability.
