Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra & S23+ Leaked Specs
With Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and S23+ expected to be unveiled in February, promotional material of the two upcoming phones have already started surfacing online. Judging by the images that have made their way onto the internet, the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and S23+ will be packed with some impressive features.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is looking to be the more powerful of the two, boasting a six-camera main lens setup that is centered inside a bulky bump. It is said that the device will include a 6.9-inch screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Furthermore, it is rumored that the device will run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and will have 5G capabilities. Additionally, it looks like Samsung has taken a page from Apple and decided to include an in-display fingerprint scanner as part of the device.
The S23+ is said to feature a 6.7-inch panel with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. On the processor side, the device is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, and could potentially come with 5G capabilities as well. It looks to be the more budget-friendly option when compared to its bigger brother, the S23 Ultra.
Additionally, both devices are expected to come with a special display technology called “Dynamic AMOLED 2+”, which is said to be significantly brighter than regular OLED panels. It will be interesting to see how Samsung has implemented this display tech in their upcoming lineup.
From what can be seen in the promotional materials, both the S23 Ultra and the S23+ will feature a USB-C port for charging and data transfer. Furthermore, both devices are said to come packed with 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and run on Samsung's popular OneUI 3.0. Lastly, the S23 Ultra is expected to ship with a 4,500mAh battery and the S23+ could feature a 4,200mAh battery.
It looks like Samsung is set to release a couple of stunning devices with no shortage of features. Judging by the promotional material that has surfaced, it’s safe to say that both the S23 Ultra and the S23+ will be impressive devices that can challenge any competitor.
