Google has released the first Android security update for its recent Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. As usual, the tech giant has released the Android security update on the first of the month. The updates highlight bug fixes and UI improvements for the phones. The update is for the Pixel 3a, Pixel 3a XL with 64 GB memory, Pixel 4, Pixel 4 XL, Pixel 4a, Pixel 4a (5G), Pixel 5, and Pixel 5a as well.

Android security updateAll models are set to receive a fix that prevents some UI elements from not appearing on the screen under certain conditions. "Fix for hidden UI elements under certain conditions," writes Google.

The update has added stability improvements for third-party apps. It will fix the issues that affected notification sounds during certain conditions. The update also boosts the Bluetooth audio quality in certain scenarios for the new Pixel phones.

Some users have complained about a flickering display while pressing the start button on the new Pro version. The tech giant said that this happens when the user tries to turn the phone on but doesn't fully press the power button. The company said that the fix to this problem will be coming in December and until then users can avoid using the power button.
