Google is among the few companies that can always excite you with new technology. They have just announced their Pixel Hardware Event for October 6. With great anticipation, Google teased audiences about the standard Pixel 7 and 7 Pro. Moreover, the Pixel Watch is something big we're looking forward to at this event.
While we are all excited about the pricing, availability, and features - October 6 will reveal what is in store. The prominent tagline "It's All Coming Together This Fall" indicates that a large ecosystem of products is coming your way.
Sources have told us the event will be live streaming on October 6 at 10 a.m. ET with an in-person interactive event in Brooklyn by Google as well. This physical event is an excellent treat for Google fans, as two years of repeated virtual announcements have stirred up their expectation for this.
An enticing teaser for the October 6 Pixel Hardware event also creates anticipation as the clip cycles through the upcoming smart wearable and flagship phones. Our eyes are on the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro, and we already have a good idea about what we can anticipate. Google is working on AI-packed software for its phones with notable improvements on the cameras through telephoto technology using circular lenses.
Something which Google is not showing much of is the Wear OS 3 for their Pixel Smart Watch. If the new OS comes into action, there will undoubtedly be more competition against “Montblanc Summit 3” and “Samsung's Galaxy Watch 5”. Improving the cross-device functionality feature between the smartwatch and phone can be a significant experience enhancement against the UI of the other competitors.
However, with all this said, what Google will show off at this Pixel Hardware event is still to be seen. If you're curious about non- Pixel products, you can look forward to the newly designed Nest Wifi with 6E technology. Another product making the rumor rounds is the Chromecast HD for your television.
Irrespective of Google's direction, we will undoubtedly see some new hardware and, more excitingly, new technology. The teaser video promises the latest technology, innovative design, and a better user experience through their "Made by Google" event.
