Gaming console maker, Nintendo has added new games to its online expansion pack. The Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack will now have five new Sega Genesis games, according to a tweet from the company.
The newly added gaming titles are Altered Beast, ToeJam & Earl, Dynamite Headdy, Sword of Vermilion, and Thunder Force II. These gaming titles are added to the most expensive tier of its online subscription service.

The Expansion Pack subscription tier is priced at $49.99 annually for an individual subscription while a family membership costs $79.99. A regular Switch Online subscription only costs $19.99/$34.99.
Both the tiers include feature classic NES and Super NES titles like the Super Mario Bros and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV. The Expansion Pack brings games from the Nintendo 64 like the Super Mario 64 and the Sega Genesis called the Sega Mega Drive.
Nintendo has been slow with updates to its gaming titles. The Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack only featured a handful of N64 and Sega Genesis/Mega Drive games at the launch promising more in the future. Only one new game has been added since the subscription tier's launch, Paper Mario.
A recent finding by data miner MondoMega indicated that the N64 app has about 38 N64 titles planned for Nintendo Switch Online. "Initial data mining from the N64 app is somewhat fruitful. Going by the game IDs there are at least 38 N64 titles planned for NSO. The list is alphabetical so you can fill in some of the gaps already; 37 is Majora, 32 is Smash, 33 is Wave Race, 14-16 is Mario Party, etc," he tweeted.
Nintendo should ramp up its gaming title updates considering PlayStation is renewing its subscription plans and Xbox already has the gamer's favorite Xbox Live.
