PUBG's Anti-Cheat System is a Big Slap against X-Ray Vision Cheaters

PUBG introduces a new anti-cheating technology for its massive battle royale mobile shooter to alleviate player concerns. By using a game information restricting system called Fog of War, developers aim to remove wall and x-ray vision hacks. This new anti-cheating system is already showing promising results by decreasing x-ray vision cheats by over 50% in 62% of the key regions where PUBG is active.

PUBG's Anti-Cheat System reduces the gamers' ability to receive information about other players' locations across walls and objects. This advanced system focuses on scanning large terrains and buildings created in PUBG's large map to determine what the gamer can see. According to the player's position, gamers get specific information packs from PUBG's servers. This mechanism restricts non-visible information data sets, which stops x-ray vision cheaters.

As per Krafton, developers of PUBG's Anti-Cheat System, which is rolled out in selective locations to test its efficiency. Since it requires an internal calculation to determine the sight of players, developers are removing any alpha stage bugs immediately. The developers have stated how cheating is absolutely against the policies of PUBG Mobile and how they are trying to prevent unfair and deceitful technology. They also commented on how PUBG's Anti-Cheat System will ensure all players get an improved fair, fun, and safe experience.
