Speaking about the much-anticipated OnePlus flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G, has just arrived in mobile stores and online marketplaces with a boom. Consumers (particularly OnePlus aficionados) are enthusiastic because it promises to be a terrific all-around phone with one of the best screens on the market right now—a clean user interface, rapid charging, excellent cameras, and overall smooth performance. We've watched the brand evolve from a single device every year to many devices across price classes throughout the year. Regardless of price, the gadgets are powerful and provide greater value for money than competitors. Let's take a look at some of the important features of the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G.
In the Box
The OnePlus 10 Pro 5G is a smartphone that runs OxygenOS, an operating system based on Android 12. Here's what you get in the box:
- Power Adapter for OnePlus 10 Pro 5G 65W SUPERVOOC
- Type-C Connector
- Guide to Getting Started
- Letter of Introduction
- Safety Information Sheet and Warranty Card
- Screen Shield (pre-applied)
- Ejector for SIM Tray
- Dongle USB (Type-A to Type-C )
Display
The OnePlus 10 Pro's display has been calibrated at two levels of brightness—500 nits and 100 nits—for 50 percent higher color fidelity while viewing the OnePlus 10 Pro's display at low brightness using Dual Color Calibration. The phone's 6.7-inch QHD+ display benefits from upgraded LTPO technology, which allows the smartphone to vary its refresh rate between 1Hz and 120Hz dependent on the type of material being seen, which is quicker than the OnePlus 9 Pro. As a consequence, the OnePlus 10 Pro's display consumes less power than panels with a fixed refresh rate of 90Hz. The display is brilliant, pin-sharp, and very fluid while viewing anything, whether it's a YouTube snack video or an OTT movie.
Design
At first appearance, the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G may be mistaken for a Samsung Galaxy phone. To be honest, the majority of smartphones on the market now have a relatively similar outer design. At least when seen with the display turned off. When you turn the OnePlus around to look at the back of the phone, you'll notice a huge camera bump with three lenses and a ring light-style flash.
The phone is available in two colors: black and green. The phone's Gorilla Glass 5 back has a beautiful matte texture with a hint of shine to it. We like that it doesn't attract fingerprints, although it is somewhat slippery. The OnePlus logo is also present in the middle.
The power button and a 3-position alert slider switch on the phone's right side will let you effortlessly choose between vibration, quiet, and ring modes for alarms and calls. When you wish to activate the alert slider in the dark, the knurling makes it simple to find the button with your finger. A one-button volume rocker control is located on the opposite edge of the OnePlus 10 Pro G5 smartphone. The SIM card slot, another microphone, speakers, and a USB-C charging/data port are all located on the phone's bottom.
Performance
The OnePlus 10 Pro continues the brand's legacy of offering smooth overall performance with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Mobile Platform. When that processor is combined with an extremely smooth display, lots of RAM (either 8GB or 12GB), and good cooling, you have a phone that feels quick all of the time. The phone also has a 5-layer 3D Passive Cooling System, which helps to maximize processing performance.
Camera
The OnePlus 10 Pro 5G comes with three lenses. The 48MP primary lens is located in the upper left corner, the 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens is located in the upper right corner, and the 8MP telephoto lens is located in the lower-left corner. The stock camera app is as simple to use as the majority of stock camera apps. It does, however, provide a plethora of options. The phone includes a new ultra-wide camera with a 150-degree field of view that can capture photographs four times wider than those recorded by rival smartphones' 120-degree ultra-wide cameras. The OnePlus 10 Pro's Hasselblad Pro Mode supports 12-bit RAW shooting on all three rear cameras, as well as Hasselblad Natural Colour Solution for Mobile. This mode supports RAW+, a new, empowered RAW mode that allows you to shoot in 12-bit RAW while preserving the computational photography of the OnePlus 10 Pro to offer higher quality photo files with more information, increased dynamic range, and superior noise reduction.
The OnePlus 10 Pro is a flagship that will garner a lot of attention from customers throughout the year.
