OnePlus 9RT to Launch Next Week

OnePlus has confirmed the launch of the new OnePlus 9RT. The announcement suggested that the model will be launched this week. The new release follows the rumors of a T version of the OnePlus 9R (OnePlus 9R 5G Dual LE2100 128GB 8GB RAM) that was launched in March. The official launch of the OnePlus 9RT will take place on October 13.

The phone maker's co-founder Peter Lao posted a teaser of the new 9RT on Weibo. Reportedly, the brand new OnePlus will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and will feature a similar design as that of the OnePlus 9R.  The phone is expected to have a 6.55 inches AMOLED full HD display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The rear of the phone will feature a triple camera array; a combination of 50 MP, 16MP, and 2MP cameras. The selfie camera will be 16MP.

Reports suggest that the phone will have 12GB RAM with expandable storage of up to 256 GB. It is speculated that the phone will be fitted with a 4500mAh battery and will accompany a 65-watt adapter that supports fast charging. The landing page of the OnePlus website gives a brief glimpse of the phone complete with the triple camera array on the back. However, this might just be a pre-production unit and not the actual phone slated to release next week.
