Google Teases Images of Google Pixel 7, Pixel Watch

Users may soon be able to get their hands on Google Pixel 7. Google announced a list of gadgets including the prominent Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro during the I/O conference. The company also teased its first smartwatch, Pixel Watch. Other products slated for release include Pixel 6a, Pixel tablet, and Pixel Buds Pro.

Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro

These new Pixel siblings follow the same design as their older brother Pixel 6. Fitted with the same visor design, the Pixel 7 series has the camera array cut out into polished aluminum. The Pixel 7 has two cameras while the Pro version has three rear cameras. Just like Google Pixel 6 Pro, the 7 Pro is equipped with a telephoto lens. Both will be powered by the Google Tensor chip. The Google Pixel 7 release date is yet to be announced.

The First-Ever Smartwatch from Google

There was a recent Pixel Watch leak that showed off images of the watch. The pictures released by Google conforms to the leaked pictures and shows a round dome-faced dial. The watch will accompany Fitbit integration which means the device will be equipped with personal fitness goals, continuous heart rate tracking, sleep tracking, stats, and progress powered by Fitbit.

There will be Google Assistant support with access to Google Maps and Google Payments directly from the watch. The watch will also support a Google Home app that lets users control the device easily.

Google gave a sneak peek of a Pixel tablet that they are working on which will be released next year. Powered by the Tensor chip, it will be fitted with Android 13 to utilize the program's optimization for large-screen tablets. There is one camera each on the back and the front. At the conference, Google said that the tablet is designed to be the most helpful tablet in the world and function seamlessly with Pixel phones.

Pixel Buds Pro

The Pixel maker upgraded its wearable lineup by announcing Pixel Buds Pro worth $199. Complete with active noise cancellation, it features a transparency mode, multipoint Bluetooth connectivity, and an IPX4 water resistance rating. Pixel Buds Pro release date is set on July 28 with pre-orders starting from July 21. It has 11 hours of battery life and will be available in four different colors.
